The room was well-sized and clean. The staff were always kind and welcoming. The location was perfect—right on a main road and close to everything. Plus, the use of the spa facilities was a nice bonus.

The hotel’s proximity to the main bus station makes transportation easy, and the clean, spacious rooms are complemented by helpful staff. Although a bit dated in decor, the access to the Mercure’s spa really enhances the experience and is a perfect way to relax after exploring.

During my stay at Andorra Palace, I appreciated the clean, spacious room that provided a restful escape. The hotel’s location was ideal, only five minutes from the city center, and the access to spa facilities at the nearby Mercure was a delightful bonus.

Recommend it for families

We had a great time at the pool, it was nice to just lay back and enjoy the view of the mountains. The soft play area kept our little one entertained, we visited daily and he loved it!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but still reasonable for what we got.

The Double or Twin Room was very clean and comfy, with a great bed that made sleeping easy. I loved the views it offered. Also, the access to the Mercure's spa added a nice touch to my stay. Honestly, it felt like a bargain for what we got, especially with the central location near bus stops and shopping. My only downside was that I wish check-in had been quicker, and while the room was cozy, the decor felt a bit basic.
